Elon Musk might have zero plans to remove the new Twitter logo

The eccentric billionaire also added an easter egg that pays homage to one of the oldest and most iconic cheat codes in gaming.

In case you didn't notice, Elon Musk changed the on-site logo of Twitter from the iconic bird to one of the internet's oldest memes on Monday.

It doesn't look like Elon Musk plans to stopping meme'ing as anytime soon.

As expected, Musk couldn't help but bask in his most recent accomplishment, even sharing a screenshot of a conversation he had with someone who asked him to do it last year.

Naturally, Dogecoin, which has since become associated with the mischievous-looking Shiba Inu, benefitted from the change as its price jumped by over 35%, as per Coindesk.

Not only that, but Elon Musk even added a tongue-in-cheek joke about making the doge spin by typing in the Konami code.

If you didn't grow up in the 90s, we're talking about "up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A."

Simply type the said words on Twitter and watch the doge basically roll over.

No one can seem to stop Elon Musk from doing what he wants with Twitter.

These are just some of the several confusing changes Musk has implemented ever since coming aboard as the new CEO of Twitter.

However, unlike his other changes, Musk didn't really explain the reason behind the switch from the bird to the Doge other than posting a meme about it.

As of the time of writing, Twitter's logo is still the Doge and it might be there for the foreseeable future, just because Musk has the power to do it.
