Well, fortune favored one luckt Diablo 4 player that has found what is undoubtedly one of the most powerful headgear in the game. Early reports suggest that Korean Diablo streamer drlee_kor is the first player in the world to have found the Harlequin Crest.
Players initially doubted reports that the ultra-rare hat has been found. The Diablo community wanted to verify the authenticity of the image showing the helm. Wowhead reported that the image of the Harlequin Crest was not discovered by the streamer but by one of their viewers.
Diablo 4’s community manager Adam Fletcher chimed in the discussion to very if the extremely difficult-to-find headpiece has indeed been found. "Oh and can confirm they do indeed have a Harlequin Crest," Fletcher tweeted.

Why is the Harlequin Crest so powerful and where can it be found?
The Harlequin Crest is one of the most powerful endgame items that can be found in Diablo 4. This Unique Helm can boost any endgame build as it gives +4 to all skills regardless of what class you play. The unique headgear also boosts life, resource generation, all stats, cooldown reduction, and damage reduction.
Normally, unique items add one or two particular skills with bonus levels. It can be a chore to look for a particular item that boosts a specific skill that a player uses. The Harlequin Crest is particularly strong as it gives +4 to all skills, giving players a massive boost across the board.
There have been conflicting reports of where the unique item can be found. Players have said that the item drops starting at level 90 at the highest-tier Nightmare dungeons in Diablo 4. Others have said that the item is dropped by enemies in Champion’s Demise in World Tier 4.
